Very unhappy with my purchase. I reached out to you and nothing was done. You were not clear on the item. What I received was not what was shown.

Hello that’s not exactly true I let you know to ship the item back for your refund and nothing was ever sent back but you have a small business too and this could have been resolved by just sending the item back. Any problem I have with any of my customer orders have always been taken care of this item was sold for 3.99 and I don’t know how big a frame you were expecting to get but you can’t get a refund unless you send the merchandise back. Any of my customers know that I take care of any issues that’s why my reviews are 5 stars ⭐️
